McDonald's

This is the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever been to, there were puddles of soda all over the floor fries and napkins under the tables, dried ketchup on the floor, the ordering screens looked like a toddlers IPad with all the grim on them and the bathroom was absolutely foul. Went because it was the closest to where I was and I was trying to help a family member who was in a pinch and I truly wish I had gone somewhere else

This location doesn’t honor mobile orders. I got turned away because they could only handle ubereats or 3rd party orders instead of it’s own app. Amazingly terrible customer service. I deleted the McDonald’s app from my phone after such stupid and unprofessional behavior.

Been going to this one since high-school. Hit or miss, but it's crazy busy in the morning due to hospital traffic!

Absolutely terrible. Ordered off the app to be picked up curbside. 30 minutes later and still no food. Go to the drive through and they say, "sorry we're shorthanded". Call the store to get a refund and the number is disconnected. Highly recommend not wasting your money and staying hungry...absolute trash place with trash service.

I’ll never go to this McDonald’s again. Asked for a Shake said no shakes had to practically beg for a McFlurry after I heard her scream at her co worker, then my McFlurry was at the most half full. They always short me or give me the wrong order at this location.

We waited in drive through for 4 minutes and had multiple cars in the other lane get service before us. We left.

Whoever is the manager or running the drive thru is incredibly rude and difficult on top of being unprofessional gave us a hard time because we ordered sauce with our nuggets and received none we even offered to pay because she continued to be difficult pulled the receipt up and seen we were right and held the line up to purposely take as long as possible and inconvenience us would never recommend anyone to go here whoever’s hiring these people should be questioned too at this point

Fast, great food. No pulling the punches here!
