On march 10-2024 about 9:50 am I walked in mc Donald 850 w Rosecrans Ave gardena CA 90247 with a receipt which I did a survey online I stop at the downey mc donald receipt on March 3rd,I told a cashier ,her name is Marie(shift manager I believe).I gave her my receipt with survey code,she refused to serve me,she said this a fake....number are incorrect.she was not even try type it on mcdonald sys,i told her couple times she refused my service.at the same time I used my phone with McDonald app ordered coffee ,once I was trying to show my order number and try to take my coffee.she hold back a coffee and take it away,she said it was not me. In the matter of fact..this is discrimination ,first she refused to serve me use survey code online,buy one sandwich get one free,second she did not aloud me to take my coffee what I was order and already paid online.5 minutes later today I was pleased to use her get a refund for coffee.She gave me back refund without said any apology. Because main concern is mcdonald locate at 860 rosecrans ave gardena ca alway have discrimination,I see alot of bad review online about this place.I am mcdonald loyal customer,I use McDonald app order online save time formore than 10 years.please fix the problem this McDonald cause ,refused service to me.
