McDonald's

I got a cup of coffee from here with coffee grinds in it. it was the most bitter coffee I have ever tasted. there was no sweetener or the coffee just wasn’t made right. I’m not sure how you can screw up a cup of coffee but it sure was. I implore you to retrain the employees on how to make a cup of coffee. I am sure there is a diagram by the coffee stand that shows them exactly what to do. It’s not fair for customers who come to this location on a regular basis to have to suffer through this and go through the process of finding a different McDonald’s in their neighborhood. All it is is a cup of coffee. Sometimes I don’t have time in the morning so let’s help each other out, it’s not that hard. I got money you got coffee let’s make it work. It shouldn’t be this difficult.

Very consistent and good fast food. If you're expecting anything more than you are at the wrong place. Also, this location is clean and thr staff are friendly

It's a McDonald's. Food is what you would expect. Service hit and miss. Most accept this, a few like me will pickup for others but not frequent here. Having lived in the area for 40+ years, it is definitely not at its peak anymore. Perhaps just a post COVID world effect, attention to detail and accuracy is challenged. My wife frequents, and frequently has issues, to the point of knowing the management. Joins the internet meme of constantly challenged to have a working ice cream machine. I often happy life, happy wife, and pickup food here. Then drive somewhere else to buy myself food, in protest to the frustrating order and delivery challenges I have. Like trying to order a McMuffin, but only getting an English muffin side.

3 stars bc I'm not mad... I am laughing lol. I asked for a side of sausage gravy (maybe they don't have sausage gravy and biscuits here - I didn't look), but I got a container of ....sausage grease ?! Lmao

Drive-through is very efficient with taking the order and food very good.
