Today I had the worst experience with the manager Maria after she make me park and wait for my food. I had asked ahead of time for extra sweet and sours. the manager told me that I have to go back in line and pay for it. So I had to go back in line waited another 10 min to get some sauces. The manager was rude. Never apologized and she called me liar.
Made an order on the app, they forgot items, then when i call, they dont pick up.
These tards always mess up our order weather you order online or go thru the drive thru. By far the worst mcdonald's around .
They don’t give you fresh food they just reheat it! I asked for fresh nuggets and noticed the lady take old food and try to refry it again. I saw her and asked her not to and she did it anyway. The nuggets were dark brown and it didn’t taste the same. You cannot reheat old food it will not taste the same . This happened at 3:30 December 28th I didn’t get the lady’s name but she was the one reheating old food.
I placed an order on the app, which I do all of the time. My husband went to pick up my order from the drive thru and was told that my order had been canceled due to unavailable items but they couldn’t tell us which items were unavailable. We only ordered nuggets, a chicken sandwich and fries. I did not get any notifications or emails or phone calls about my order being canceled yet my card was charged. He went in and was just told that the store was closed. He told them he went through the drive thru and the manager said he was the one that canceled the order and if we wanted to reorder he had to go through the drive thru and pay again. He then said we would be refunded in 72 hours. No attempt was made to make this right other than us having to wait for a refund. I still do not have notification of a cancellation. I will not be going to this McDonald’s again even though it is the closest one to me. Very disappointed!
