McDonald's

Today I was kicked out from this McDonald's everyone that works inside the McDonald's is nice but one of the owners a McDonald's that does not show herself there is the one that kick me out my fiance works here so I wait for her. I am disabled and can barely walk. I don't harm anyone by sitting there. I do not recommend coming to this McDonald's they will kick you out it's not like it used to be when I grew up.

Waited in curbside for 20 min finally had to go in they said someone erase dmy order

Ordered fries and a drink sat there for 5 min while this employee was on their phone. Ridiculous

I don't like the service

Wow….. I thought most McDonald’s had horrible customer service but this place absolutely takes the cake. Was the only person in the whole line, pulled up to the window. I go to the second window and I’m literally waiting 25 minutes to get my food even though I’m the only one in line. I can see a guy walking around as slow as humanly possible. He eventually opens the window, puts the bag outside the window, hands it to me, and shuts the door. Not a single word, bro looked absolutely miserable. McDonald’s, either hire people who can do a decent job, or start paying people more. Honestly it was more depressing than anything. These guys must really hate their jobs. Very sad. But at the same time the way I was raised you always greet a customer, and if you care you’ll maybe smile. But no. Will not be returning here. What a dump. Y’all should be ashamed, truly. UPDATE, just found a huge hair in my burger, will be in talks with the health department in the morning, hopefully this place will be shut down. I’m absolutely disgusted. SECOND UPDATE, the woman was actually very helpful and she refunded my money and actually personally cooked my order, which I really appreciate. That cook though, fire him immediately before he gets someone sick! THIRD UPDATE I officially have food poisoning this morning. DO NOT EAT HERE THIS PLACE IS GOING TO GET SOMEONE EXTREMELY SICK.

Ordered a number 3 in the drive through, was then pulled to the 3rd window while everyone else got their food and was served ice cold fries and a burger so raw it nearly soaked out of the bottom of the bag. Absolutely awful

It's a McDonald's review. Food is ok, staff are rude, prices are too high. Sons happy meal was ice cold. Pretty sure they grabbed a box that had been sitting on the counter for a while. They fixed the issue with freshly cooked food.
