Waited 25 minutes just to get cold fries

Absolute trash tier service and food quality. Ordered a curbside pickup and sat in my car waiting for almost 15 mins only to go inside and see my food sitting on the counter with employees standing around talking. Food is ice cold and soggy, someone needs to get in there and fire some people. This is so pathetic.

I went through the drive through of this McDonald's. I ordered a large fry and a large Dr. Pepper. I asked that my fry be cooked fresh. The guy who rang up the order specifically. Pressed the button that said cook to order. When I got them, they were cold and soggy so I went inside. I told them that I requested that they be cook fresh and I know that the guy put that on the thing but that they were cold and soggy. I asked if they would make new ones for me. At that point a huge lady came over, grabbed the fries dumped him in her hands told me "they are hot as hell". I told her they weren't, to which she proceeded to say, "what, do you want them dripping put the oil?". That lady was very rude and you could tell she was making everybody else very uncomfortable, including the other employees. She didn't even wash her hands after dumping a large fry in her hand just went on handling food. I also watched a guy who was given the wrong order at drive through bring it back in and then they handed it right our to the next customer.

Ordered from the app less than 5 minutes away and my food with a Carmel frappe was ready no sooner than I pulled into the curbside parking space and turned my engine off. Fries were fresh and the frappe was delicious.

Vegetarian options: Salads Dietary restrictions: -get it bun-less or as a lettuce wrap to avoid Gluten. -order a salad for a Vegetarian option. Parking: Big, free lot with 2 drive-thru lanes. Typical Midwest McDonald's. Kid-friendliness: Obviously. Wheelchair accessibility: Obviously.

Pathetic

For as busy as this McDonald's was, they were doing a fairly decent job at keeping up on their orders. However, they could use a little more consistency about the correctness of the orders.
