McDonald's

Lobby closed before 8pm.. ordered my food for counter pickup and the doors were locked again and then I had to wait in the drive thru since my food was paid for. Drive thru took 40 mins and they handed my food to me cold and with an attitude. Worst mcdonalds location. Last time, (a month ago), same thing happened and I had a code and they couldn't find it so they made me pay for it again and said that if they don't have the code then it won't charge me and it did. A week later, all transactions cleared. I got charged twice! It sucks because I live 2 mins away.

Slowest mcdonald's ever

Didn't receive full order, had to turn around and go get it. In the mean time other orders were not as hot and fresh anymore.

Serving food but door dash only are you kidding me.

If I could give this McDonalds a zero star I would. Since being mostly automated the food is disgusting. I can't believe I paid over 20 bucks for 2 meals. The cheeseburgers were both cold and the fries were as well. I definitely won't be going back to this location.

Refused me service because they didn’t feel like making food, I guess.

I waited over 40 minutes for my food curbside. I went in at 20 minutes waiting and had to stop someone walking back and forth to check on my order. Thankfully the lady who helped get my order was polite, the man who appeared to be manager on duty did not care about 10+ people waiting in the lobby for their food and was focused on drive through because they were over on their times, however in the 40 minutes I was there, I watched the line for drive through go from long to short 3 different times and one 2 lobby orders go out. I understand drive through times are important but so are the other customers in the lobby and at curbside.
