We were driving from Florida to Alabama, and the girl taking order said there was no more coffee, but when we got to the window, my husband asked the guy if there was coffee, and he said yes. He gave us a cup of coffee. God bless you dear for your kind heart

Truly horrible. The drive-thru experience was horrendous. Ordered hash brown, burnt and very oily. No potato was found whatsoever. Basically tasted the oil that they were using. Highly recommend …. for you to never come here. Service was worse than the food. Wasn’t too sure what to order and I felt like I was in a rush. the “Nice beautiful lady” kept rushing me. Didn’t even have time to look at the menu. Don’t expect everyone to be nice but to be that rude is honestly disgusting for character. All asithe bacon egg and cheese bagel was delicious but I would recommend getting it from somewhere else.

Pulled up to the drive thru and 1 car was in front of me and they sat there for at least 5 minutes before anybody took thier order and the same went for me and both ladies the one running the mic and the window were both very short and rude and obviosly didnt wanna be there then she silently hands me my mcflurry with no spoon now im driving with a mcflurry drinking it out of the cup

Placed mobile order, sat in drive-thru for 20 minutes before I overheard cars in front being told they are not operational. Now how to get refunded through app? Jerk offs.

I frequent this location several times a week. They are always courteous and food is consistently good. This morning, I made my mobile order, and when I went through the drive through, I had to wait a few minutes before anyone acknowledged my being there. A young lady chimed in a told me one moment.....after a few minutes I went approached the first window. After the vehicle in front of me moved forward and I pulled up, the gentleman, who seemed surprised to see me, opened his window. I asked why no one was waiting on me. He said, the girl told you just a moment. I told him that minutes had past, and that I had a mobile order (which McDonald claims expedites your order) and that I had a question. He told me to go ahead and pull forward. He didn't ask me what my code was or my question. I rolled my eyes and said, can I ask you a question? I asked if they gave a senior discount for coffee. He abruptly said no. Then, he didn't appear to intend to offer to place an order for coffee,so I asked if I could get a coffee ..... I did not take being treated so rudely was acceptable. When I got up to the second window I asked the lovely woman who I see regularly why it was such a "disaster" (I used another word).She said that they had "no people" She and I exchanged our usual pleasantries, and I left. Now, I would be 8 minutes late for work. That gentleman could have explained and could have apologized. He appeared to be a manager. A very poor one.
