McDonald's

Tried Order from this location early in the morning a few times. Every time my order gets canceled because the staff is not answering the uber drivers. It's simple if you guys don't want to work in the morning don't do uber and don't be a 24/7 location.

It’s across the bus station which is full of homeless people. Counter lady didn’t say hello, or anything. Didn’t feel safe there.

In my opinion there is a McDonald's in Ft. Lauderdale that needs to be shut down then reopened after it's completely remodeled. It's a Corp Owned Franchised Store and it has the old store look and feel to it compared to all the other McDonald's in Broward County. The ice cream/shake machine is broken on a consistent basis and once it's fixed which always takes awhile then it breaks down again. They need to tear it down and use it for spare parts after getting a brand new machine!!! There are other things that are going on in and outside the store & the store management doesn't seem to want to properly address them and permanently fix these things!!! I have been asking for one of the things to be addressed and taken care of for quite a while now but the store manager along with other managers have from what I've seen not addressed and fix it even though I have talked with them several times in the past.

Not clean take too long to attend customer and bad service.

As a McDonald's it's standard food and experience, but we were harassed for money outside of it to the point where we were very uncomfortable/had anxiety. This location is within walking distance to a lot of tourist areas and it just doesn't make a good impression for visitors. I do not recommend this place for walk-in traffic.
