Had to go thru the drive thru to pick up my curbside delivery and the food was cold when we got it

My kid loves coming here for the play place. Clean area. Dietary restrictions: Lactose intolerant Kid-friendliness: Clean and well maintained kids area.

Its like they didn't even try. Drove up to the drive-thru at 6:30pm, there was nobody in line. Ordered a double quarter with cheese, plain, and some fries. They moved me to the waiting area, which took them over 10 mins to get my food. Fries were upside down and stale (usually is here), and apparently, a plain burger means onions and ketchup on it as well. If you ask me, 12 dollars to get mediocre food, service, and long wait times with nobody behind me during prime hours is a good reason to go somewhere else. I don't set the bar very high for McDonalds, but they couldn't even hit the bar.

Kind of rude

Horrible service. Making me park away from hand out window. Just so they can save there service times and make it look like they are good at there job.

I work close to here and I'm never going back. This place constantly messes up orders. ALWAYS check what you ordered before you leave. I've shrugged it off enough times and even gone back in just as many times to fix my order. This is probably the 5th time I've been short an entire meal. They seem to only hire people who barely speak English and I think it causes problems. They used to have an employee who would harass women customers even... It was hard to watch. Like I said, never going back or giving this location another dime.

I feel like I'm on a cattle line waiting to eat

So this is what I got for my burger. No bottom bun and extra greasy meat. Not sure how to eat this and enjoy it. Fries I received were luke warm. Not a good experience. Too far away to go back. Makes for a bad Friday. Thanks McDonald’s. You sure ruined my lunch break!
