This is the most disgusting disrespectful mc Donald's I have ever been to the staff is rude I waited for 27 minutes for a fish sandwich and double cheeseburger.. I'm not bashing All mc Donald's in Florence sc but this one on East palmetto Street needs to be closed down and replaced with something else cause it's horrible at this point. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM MCDONALD'S ON EAST PALMETTO STREET ACROSS FROM FRANCIS MARION COLLEGE

The McDonald's on East Palmetto Street in Florence is the worst They had me waiting for 2 little sandwiches, and when I asked for my money back, I had to spas because they didn't want to give me my money. The attitude is downright, nasty .

This place is really slacking, I come here I get told to pull up and wait (for a cheeseburger and fries) today they forgot about me and I had to walk inside last week they forgot about me and had to come out and ask what I ordered and my food was cold, by far the worst service of any McDonald’s I’ve ever been to

“Hold on one moment, we will be right with you”; 1”5 minutes and 5 cars have left the drive through line. It’s 1:15 on a Saturday. Maybe that is the plan ? They wait out the customers until they leave.Thirty minutes; parked; still no #6 meal.
