De lo peor me trataron muy mal , me cobraron una comida que nisiquiera me dieron

Horrible la atención y un hombre moreno de barba de chivo siempre con mala cara y se nota la diferencia del trato con los latinos. Personas como el hacen que el restaurant sea horrible. Es demasiado grosero

Well, let's see. I went in to get some food. After waiting for a few minutes somebody finally acknowledged me. I was asked by the employee if I wanted to place an order, at which time I said yes. She then informed me that I would have to use the kiosk. I told her I did not want to use it and her reply was, well, then I can't help you. I left and proceeded to call McDonald's Corporate the next day. They took my information and said someone would be in touch. I received an email a few days later telling me they were sorry for my experience and that they would be reaching out to the manager of that store. She sent an email apologizing to me for what happened and that anytime I came in I was welcome to use the kiosk or I could be waited on at the register. Um, ok, well, I was turned away so I don't understand what's going on there. Needless to say, I won't be returning there and I will be passing the word along. I guess McDonald's has decided turning away customer's is ok.

The food was good but when you go in nothing tells you where to order your food. My mother and I were just standing at the front counter waiting for someone to take our order. They are just walking around the register, not saying anything. We waited 5 minutes before saying, "Is this where we order. The manager tells me no, not here. I'm where over there. Manger is like yeah. Smh, not all McDonald's do that. How was I supposed to know.

Everytime i go to place an order they always forget to give me an item from my order at times it’s been fry’s today it was my chicken sandwich also customer service is bad very very rude employees

Service is a joke. We waited 20 min for an ice cream in the drive thru. Someone needs to help out this McDonald’s.

Fue el peor Macdonald que puede a ver tarde mucho tiempo en recibir mi pedido y todavía muy fea comida toda mal echa y todos platicando luego una mujer alta creo es la jefa de muy mal humor de despacho no vuelvo a ir en mi vida pongan jefes estudiado de verdad y entrenados fea experiencia horrible y los baños no se digan
