McDonald's

Store #12041: I am highly dissatisfied with this particular location. We went through the drive thru and ordered 2 #7s, one with a special request. We explained 3 times to the lady on the intercom what we wanted and she failed to relay our request to the cook OR the cook decided just to not make it the way we wanted. It even says "Special Request" on the receipt! There's no such thing as giving the customer what they want. If we're given the option to make requests and specify things to our liking, since we're paying customers we should get exactly what we want...not what they feel like giving us, just to get us through the line. If they didn't understand then they should've asked! I will NOT return to this McDonald's. Ever. (P.S. It's every single time that we go to this McDonald's....their staff either has NO customer service skills whatsoever or they just don't care about the people paying them to have a job. Because if it weren't for paying customers...they wouldn't have a paycheck)

Food hot service great

An elderly lady Ordered Doordash on 04/10/2024 @ 11:22 AM was very disappointed in the foods that we received cold fries and stale chocolate chip cookies that were not fresh I'm in management and I know the protocols of fresh foods and on 04/10/2024 it was not fresh and the Dasher was on time as he had been before so theirs no excuse for this issue we don't get freshness until a lady that cares what she sends out and that lady goes by Keona, now let us be served stale cookies again and cold fries, I understand mistakes happens but this isn't the case shape it up on your dash orders or lose our business!!!

Dry food

You guys have amazing staff. I was served by a kind boy on the phone, and he was so polite. He deserves a raise!

We stopped here for breakfast and it was delicious. I had a biscuit and egg sandwich with a hash brown and orange soda.

Look, its McDonald's, you know what you are going to get. Except here, its always a question if what you ordered will actually be what you receive. I guess if you want a little entertainment, then you can go here and see what meal you will actually get. If you know what you want, then I suggest going elsewhere. At least the food was cooked properly, regardless of what it was.
