McDonald's

Wife was at this location earlier today at the drive thru. No one greeted her so she said hello hello. The person told her just a minute. So my wife waited and waited with no response. Meanwhile the the other lane was taking orders. My wife continued to wait. All the while they were taking orders in the other lane. So my wife pulled to the window to speak with employee and the employee said that she was just sent there to take orders on lane two. So my wife asked for the manager. The manager said that some sort of system had to reboot. The problem is that she didn't tell my wife this info. So all my wife knew was that other customers were being taken care of and not her. So when my wife asked the managers name the manager said to my wife F/U as she was walking off. This was the most agredious display of customers service that we have ever heard of not to mention ever seen. That manager needs to be fired or get better training.

Cappuccino machine just like their ice cream machine is always broken!! DO BETTER MANAGEMENT!

Just wanted to grab something quick and it was great along with the service of the workers

My dasher been there for like 30 minutes they lie on the phone and it said no Dasher was there in they was playing around in it’s not right that my food was cold

First time in a long time cheese was melted on my double cheese burger and my fries were piping hot thank you guys !

Hands down, the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! When we pulled into the parking lot we saw evidence (beefed up drive through) that this McDonald’s is pursuing excellence. The staff was friendly and professional. The interior is just so cool…and clean. Kudos to you! We’re so glad we stopped in! (I included a photo of one of the wallpaper murals. So cool.)

They closed at 10:45 and refused to take my mobile order even though it was placed at 10:43. They are purely lazy honestly, and didn’t care about correcting it or anything. Honestly, as someone whose worked customer service, i can genuinely tell when there’s work ethic vs just people who work here, and honestly it’s just people who work here. they don’t care about you nor your money. They just want to work their shift and get easy money. It’s absolutely insane that even 3 years ago, they wouldn’t have been able to shut down 15 minutes early, nor not give a damn about an order. I don’t tend to get low until you mess with my kid, and being this was her meal. i’m going to call cooperate until they fix yall closing early covid is over.
