McDonald's

Terrible overall experience. Ordered in store and waited in the lobby with my 1 year old child for over an hour for our food which was only 2 10 peice nuggets. Stood at the counter for 20 minutes until somebody finally came to speak to me.

Ummm kinda forgot the whole point of the big mac. What a waste!

Absolute worst service I've ever experienced at McDonald's, and that's already a fairly low bar. I waited 25 minutes total for a curbside order. I called after 15 minutes of waiting and they said they'd have it out soon. Add 10 more minutes which tells me they hadn't even started on the order yet. Of course, the order was wrong and the fries were old and cold. I bring it inside and speak to the manager who seems to not really care about the quality of service because she is being rather flippant towards myself and two other customers, one of which informed me she'd been waiting curbside for 45 minutes and from the sound of things her order hadn't even been made yet either. After spending another 10 minutes waiting for my order to be remade, I was given the order again, with no real apology from the manager for the service, I return to my car, check my double cheeseburger, and it was wrong AGAIN. At this point I left and I will never come back. As I was pulling out of the parking lot I seriously considered telling the customers waiting in the drive through they shouldn't order here either.

Waited in line for 15 minutes only to get order that’s not mine. Called store to get order fixed only for it to go to voicemail that hasn’t been set up yet. 22 dollars wasted.

Credit card only inside ...booooooooooooooooooo...drive through only most of the time and when they do have the doors open it's only kiosk or credit or debit card at the counter soooooo you have 50 cars in your drive through and won't take cash inside but yet the McDonald's on first ave has there doors open takes cash inside and has there drive through open but yet your right off the highway ....tick tock tick tock tick tock so if your in a hurry better go to a different location.... Update 12/23...... So am I updates to ask me if things have changed and all I have to say is..... Nope,...... The worst I hate this place 1/20/2024 .......update still waiting just for a cheese burger almost 30 minutes now

Do not do curbside here. You will wait over 30 minutes for cold food. Customer service is terrible.
