McDonald's

Went to the drive through and no answer. Drove to the window and the red haired young lady looked me dead in the face and ignored me. Wasn’t much I could do at that point . So much for 24 hours ?

Looks more like a clinic inside than a restaurant now. Staff doesn't care about you or your order, just that you dont bother them and just use the kiosk to order so they don't have to talk to you.

Kiosk ordering is "forced" on you. Staff doesn't care if your order is correct, and they never greet you when you get there, its like everyone there just doesn't care if you order something or not, let us do our thing and screw customer service. The new color scheme and layout seems to be a barren wasteland, where looking sleek and simple was the main focus instead of welcoming and heartwarming. It stopped being a family place a long time ago.

Now with the kiosk ordering, SURE it saves on employees hours, and we all know the food here isn't good at all, its just convenient for our fast pace lifestyle, but profit alone cant be the one thing pushing companies now, where is the good service? Where did we leave knowing the cuetomer? Their names? Instead of just giving them a NUMBER to hand out the correct order. I dont think I'll ever come back to a McDonald's again for this reason. I would much rather go to a mom and pop shop where the personal service comes first, and the ambiance isn't just a cold, lifeless space with no color vibrancy. I dont know, that's just my opinion.

Good food but definitely have to check that you get your order right because they are always busy and your order can get mixed up

I’ve been coming to this location for a couple years now in the morning on my way to work and the people that have been there since then are AMAZING, I need to learn more of their names but Thomas, the girl who works the first window with the radiant smile, and the girls that work the second window are so sweet and kind and I hope that they are compensated for their hard work. Thank you guys for making my morning brighter

The employees are more helpful, but the manager sucks. She told me and pointed at the Kiosk and try to force me to Use the ipad to put in the order. And even though i'm standing there asking In line asking for them to take my order. I'll just take my business elsewhere. I am a customer all she had to do was take my order, it's literally her job.
