This is the second time I’ve been forgotten about when told to wait in the parking lot.

I just ordered two egg McMuffin from the drive thru..when I opened to eat they were totally burnt ..when we went for refund instead of apologizing they refused to give us refund and they had very rude behaviour ..poor service ..

Hy, I just ordered 2 mc muffins from drive thru and after waiting I got mc muffins which were totally burnt….and when i opened ……there was a very bad smell……..and when i asked for refund……they were argiung that we are not allowed to give refund…..u have to wait for eggs……but its not our fault…..why should we wait…….and the female employee was too rude to us…….she didn’t even apologize for a single time…….its a very bad service and i will not recommend anyone to visit there

I find this location to be far more concerned with quantity over quality meaning seeing how many customers they can rush through a day seeming not to care about customer service or the accuracy of orders (with the exception of 1 or 2 employees). By far the worst location in Millwoods and would not recommend.

Now I avoid going to this McDonald at all cost Firstly idk why 1 of the entrances gate is not working since few months. Have to walk to the other door which is opposite side of this non working door. secondly, wait is so long to get someone to come take order at front counter thirdly retrain your employees to make sundaes. Most Importantly.. Some managers are ridiculous. rude for no reason. calm down you're just a shift manager. no need to show ego or attitude to customer. That manager was such a Clown. No greet or smile.

Very worst service!! Owner needs to take an action. As a team they are harassing and making fun of appearance. It’s kind of bullying and harrasing. The person name and Jacob and Asian girl laughing and treated so badly. Very bad bad customer service. Never had this kind of experience any McDonald or Tim Horton. Need to be trained how to treat customer in a professional way. Definitely won’t recommend any of my friends and family. They lost our business.
