this was my first visit to edinburgh and im honestly impressed giving a shoutout to a really focused and amazing employee named ibrahim (if the name is wrong let me know please) last week (when we were discovering edinburgh) me and my 2 other friends wanted to eat at this mcdonalds late. i have asked 2 employees if they can take my order. they asked for my recipt and i was confused as i did not order anything the best part was when ibrahim came and SAVED THE DAY!!!! like im serious HE WAS WAY YOUNGER THAN OTHERS AND WAS SERIOUS ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS!!!! he solved the problem and gave me suggestions on what to order he also said sorry many times and he didnt make this experience bad. im like no, these workers need to learn some respect! Recommend!!!!
