Rude people l.

Every time I’ve come to this McDonald’s either someone messes up my order or a persons order I’m with?:(

Food was great! But when we went in the drive thru they gave us no receipt didn’t talk to us.but when we got to the food window. She literally had AirPods on didn’t know what she was doing I said extra ketchup she said what then litter lay sighed and rolled her eyes and gave it to us

The guy at the food window (2) held my food out the window, while I was at the 1st window paying. They didnt get my order right when ordering, even though I repeated it twice, so i was down there for a min. When I got to the next window, I let him know he shouldn't be hanging my hot food out the window on such a cold day. He replied, "I should have my money ready faster next time". When I explaned to him that I did have my money ready, he just said the world HBO to me loudly. I said excuse me, and he said "Hand Bag Out". When I asked his name, he said he didnt have a name, when I called to complain, no one answered the phone. IDK if anyone at McDonalds cares, but I was there at 10:00 on 1/31/2024 My food was cold. Hashbrowns suck when they are cold.

Food was fresh service was prompt and polite.

The workers aren’t very help full the food was cold and I was missing something in my order who ever is running this place needs to fire people!!! or at least re teach them there job bc the food could have been in the danger zone why was it cold I spent a lot of money to dissatisfaction disappointed.
