Manager was rude, refused to give us correct chocolate shakes, looked at us crazy and we asked why she said you ordered vanilla. Employee's corrected order, and she was still cursing us. Bad service. Drive thru

I only buy the frappes. I like Wendy's burgers better

No fountain drinks and take forever servise

The supervisor Diana is rude and very disrespectful to customers. She speaks over customers and won't let them finish what they're saying. She should be reprimanded and was setting a bad example for the employees she supervises that were listening to her. If I was her manager, I would have fired her on the spot since I am sure this is not her first time being nasty with customers. McDonald's can do better than this and this is one of the reasons why it has such a bad reputation.
