It's not the fault of the employee's, I understand that they are doing the best they can being short staffed and all front not properly communicating with back can't hear through the speakers I understand. But the food was ok just not what I ordered and when trying to correct it just made it worse. No hard feelings I appreciate the hard work. Let's put ourselves in someone else's shoes and have compassion. And no I don't work for any McDonald's

So I ordered a number 3 double quarter pounder with cheese and mayonnaise Fry's in a strawberry shake I got my strawberry shake the fries were good but why I got two McChickens I have no idea and by the way my double quarter pounder with cheese the most expensive part was missing Where we got my meal enjoyed it more than I enjoyed there chicken sandwiches

Customer service stinks Lobby was dirty Wait time was too long and they weren't busy. Fries weren't fresh

I have always had good service from this store
