I love this McDonald’s on 3rd &! Broadway I’ve always had great customer service but I was a little disappointed on Wednesday evening I went and use my gift card. I had five dollars left on it of course and then I use cash to pay the other half and I ordered the number to the bacon, the hamburger the one with the bacon the meal anyway they replaced it because when she handed me the bag it dropped on the floor so they gave me some more french fries. The only thing is they didn’t give me a drink and it was the deal the hamburger the french fries and a Coke but they didn’t give me a drink , other than that you know I’ve had never had any trouble and I am mentally disabled so I don’t know how to use will you go up to the screen and you do your order I always go up to the counter and they wait on me and I greatly appreciate that. I was just a little bit disappointed because I didn’t get my soda , no worries you’re not gonna lose me as a customer because of that .. But I will be back. I gave you guys five stars I just thought I’d spring it up about my soda but that’s OK. Nobody’s perfect in this world.
It was a quarter to 3 pm, not rush hr. Cars were lined up sitting for 20 min in drive thru so when I got my food it was cold and my sundae melted. Ridiculous.
To many homes people asking for cigarettes,food,and money... Employees do not control. Did not control the situation

Food was okay. Staff seemed stressed out which made things kind of slow
Drive thru staff is outstanding. Otherwise, it’s a McDonald’s at Alameda and Broadway.
Ordered our food online before we got there, then once I got there they told us to go around through the drive thru to reset their timer and we had to wait behind 5 cars but we ordered first in the app. Apparently their manager wanted us to do that. And our fries are cold.
