Want to have lunch with rental cops approaching you or watching you eat? Then this is the place for you. They are rude and intrusive and the Mcdonald's doesn't have any interest in their behavior. Would rather eat at circle k

I was walking into this location from the light rail when I paused to create an order using the McDonald's app. I had barely started with my order when their rental cop came out and asked me what I was doing there. As opposed I'm offended that he thought I looked homeless. I tried to speak to the store manager about it and my Spanish isn't good enough to communicate with him. You probably won't have an issue if you stick to the drive-thru but I wouldn't recommend trying to enjoy a meal at this store

I ordered on the app and when I picked up in the drive thru was told to come inside and pick up. I asked why and she said because my food wasn't ready. I had a child in the car and asked why couldn't they bring it out to me. She said I had to come inside. Do I asked yo speak to the manager who said I had to come INSIDE rather than pick up in the drive thru. Again, I pointed out I had a child in the car so she told me to "park in front of the store". After 13 minutes, they brought out the order with NO requested Ranch for the happy meal chicken nuggets, no Ketchup, no toy in the happy meal, no napkins, no straw! My quarter Pounder was warm, fries cold! THIS WAS INTENTIONAL!!

Bang on budget

My son loves anything that is fast food. I myself really don't eat fast food but I'll stop for my husband or son. Every McDonald's I have gone to in Colorado always has the person working the drive thru that not only doesn't speak English but really doesn't understand it either. They almost always get my son or husband's order wrong. Not yesterday. The nice young man my son ordered from not only understood English very well but spoke it well too. He was very professional and you could tell he took pride in his job. I was pleasantly surprised and he got my son's order right. I think I'm going to stay in Greenwood village for awhile.

Was charged for a meal I didn’t order, the unsweetened tea tasted like water, had to ask for a straw 5xs. When informing the staff everything was wrong they did not care & made no attempts to rectify the situation.

Once again this McD's just fails to place all items in the DD order. When asked if the make sure items are there they said "Yes". Yet, I had to drive there, get off, & order to ensure that I got the nuggets I order. Just avoid this location at all cost. Don't order from this location through DD. They will mess up the order and then you have to deal with DD. I order 2 of the new Kerwin Frost boxes with a large fry (also got a free 20pc through DD). The picture attached is what I got. Didn't even get the Bundle box or the toys (which was the reason I ordered).
