Worst burger and service i ever had on mc donald

I got 2 cheeseburgers and 2 medium fries the buns were hard and the fries were cold at this location.

Very slow service, Had to send back fries they were cold, But that all leads to management.

Cold food because employees were more worried about closing than orders. Waited for cold garbage Owner should shut off mobile orderimg prior to close if its more important for the store to close rather than effeciently serve guest.

Say at the drive thru for 15 minutes and no one acknowledged us.
