Food wasn’t cook to expectations I order a pancake with sausage and my pancakes were hard around the corners I had to wait over 40 min just for a Carmel frappe -_- services horrible management horrible
Came at 7:10 am on a Very Cold Monday for a cup of hot coffee, getting off the bus with the next one in 15 minutes. Even though the sign on the door read that the dining room was open from 6 am to midnight every day, all the doors were locked **despite the street sign being illuminated; and the drive-in cashier said the dining room was closed. I asked her to ask her manager if she could let me in, and the clerk said NO. It was below freezing, and since the bus was now just a few minutes away, I told her to forget it; and I’ll wait for the bus outside.
Did not give me all I paid for
Fries cold, sandwich stale, slow service, all the doors were locked, drive-thru slow so it took forever to get my mobile order.
Lady who took order had a very nasty attitude, pulled up to the window she spent 5Mins looking down at her phone she needs to be FIRED Or in the kitchen because she isn’t good for customer service . Pulled to the next window service was better the boys went above and beyond to make sure we got what we need . Burger was hot fries was cold though
I keep giving them another chance to get my order right. And yet again they get it wrong. Cold undercooked fries.
