I came Thur the drive thru expecting good service as I would get from other McDonald's but I was wrong this particular location has a crew of young employees that don't care I even ask for the manager even she had a attitude.i was surprised considering this was one of the HURTS LOCATIONS BAD SERVICE I WILL NEVER EVER SPEND MY MONEY AT THIS WESLEY CHAPEL LOCATION.THEY WER SLOW AND UNPROFESSIONAL ...SO I ASKED FOR A REFUND OF $17.01MY TICKET #1360 2/18/24 10:19AM
Everytime I come here I have to wait on the side for my food…Not once have I not had to wait
The food was fresh and wrapped up good but the Cashier didn't welcome u in or say they'll take my order in a min. Wheelchair accessibility: The wheelchair accessibility needs to be in a spot where it can't be blocked by parked cars.
This location is not 24hrs!!! Good luck getting service after 8pm. If you're paying an overnight staff, they're committing time theft.
Had a mobile order. Came it wasn’t ready. Pulled up to the Reserved Drive thru parking to wait. Order was wrong. Ordered double filet and got single. They took it back inside for correction and guess what It came out as a single AGAIN. Seems they are having a bad night. 2 workers were still very pleasant. The 3rd one gave attitude almost like it was my fault. Hope they have a good rest of their night.
Slow and aggressive workers. Always make you pull to the mobile order spot and wait and sometimes forget your order.
