The management is usually very nice but One of the managers said he's going to follow customers and take pictures or videos of people while they're using the restooms.
Abysmally slow and understaffed. Couldn't take the order of the lady in front of me because they couldn't change a $20 bill. Long lines inside where for literally several minutes No One came to take orders. (And the kiosks were all nonfunctional. And it's not cheap. Very grumpy customers all around.
The food was good but the establishment is giving a den of thieves. I ordered a McChicken which I had a reward for but somehow ended up being charged $36.57. I called corporate and they said they can't do anything and would tell the restaurant. Two times I've reported them and they never contacted me. SMH!!!!! I will never come back here.
I haven’t been here in at least a year, last time I came it was horrible. I ordered a plain cheeseburger and fries, when I tell you I swear on my children, the burger tasted like it was sitting under a light all day, the bread was HARD, and the meat was HARD AND BURNT. I just don’t understand, and the location they’re in to be doing the stuff they’re doing. It’s ridiculous!
The restaurant is clean but the lil guys on the night shift are rude. I work with young people to teach them customer service skills. Email me to let me know how I can help. I don’t expect Chick Fil A service but at least a hello. Very disappointed in the service.
