I use to stop here for my mocca coffee frappe but no more for yesterday’s service. I used the kiosk to put my order and the only item “out of stock” was caramel frappe- not mocca- and wait…wait…wait and when I asked for my order -seems to be the person in charge- just told there is no mocca frappe (. )…it is a matter of just communication with clients…
Drive thru takes 45mins most the time. And the drive way for the drive thru is the worst I've seen.
Drive through girl was stoned out of mind and couldn't get my order right. Kitchen / packers forgot my apple pie. Went here one morning and they said they said they weren't open when maps said they were. Just skip this McDonald's and go some place else.
Absolutely slow and poor work ethic all around. Night shift manager doesn’t even look like she wants to be there. Terrible environment, needs more energy and enthusiasm all around.
This place has the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. The workers here are rude and very unprofessional. I will NEVER stop at this location again ever. The staff at this location needs some training on customer service and how to talk to people kindly. This place is horrible.
There are a bunch of young women working there who all act like you are disrupting their day and they are doing you a favor by giving you your food after waiting for 10 minutes. It was pretty weird and was wondering where the actual adult is but I’m sure she has this same behavior.
I find that it's much better if you use the online ordering so you don't have to go into the restaurant because the restaurant is never clean. I've been in the dining room when all of the few tables they have are covered in garbage.
