Found a bandaid in the kids meal
Food is usually correct and good. Staff is fairly quick and nice! One thing I can’t figure out is why when I order ahead on the mobile app, and choose for them to start to make my order before I arrive, I still have to pull to the drive thru spots? It happens every time!!! If I were to order through the drive thru without using the app, it would be done. Blows my mind, I just don’t get it.
Simply asked for a soda without ice in the drive through. When I was handed the drink it had ice. No big deal. Asked for them to fix it. I was told to-park. 10 minutes later they finally brought the drink out. Ridiculous……
I just came home and enjoyed some nuggets only to realize that one of them was bitten

I ordered Chicken nuggets, a large fry, and a chicken sandwich. I waited 30 minutes, the whole time I've waited, the staff are talking smack. I talked to an employee about my order and she was professional for a moment but then she asked for my order and gave attitude and shook her head. She then tells me that she messed up my order with another number. The food came out good though.
Its McDonalds, but lets be honest are any of us satisfied with the prices for fast food these days? Use the app, its always easier and some deals to save on the price.
Worst franchise. We ordered two fish o fillet. One with no cheese; instead of removing cheese they removed tartar sauce. The fish fillet was also very dry and felt that it was a day old because that was not fresh. P.S. the box said no american cheese but instead we got the sandwich with no tartar sauce
Interesting someone said the cleanliness was okay. That is not the case for the kids area. Not good, it needs to be cleaned. There are crumbs in every crevice, an active leak where kids are falling. It’s a good main lobby but the kids area needs some serious attention.
Lost our order and we had to wait 30 min before we got our order. They didn't offer any sort of inconvenients "free" fry, drink, or anything.
