It took them 25 minutes to make a double quarter pounder combo. No substitutions. Service is EXTREMELY and unacceptably slow. I will never stop at this location again.

I walked in the store at 7:40 something and placed my order at 7:44 nobody came so I could pay for my order they did even acknowledge I came in the store terrible service

Website says serving dinner until10:59. The closed at 10:30

Everything about this McDonald's makes me cringe even the area. The service is always ghetto and the food and fries are always cold. The only thing you get is fast service because they don't care what they give you

It’s 9:17pm and website says they close at 11pm. Update the site. Having people look stupid sitting in drive thru. Your workers not responding to people

I have made big orders (around 20 biscuits) as an incentive for my students many times from this location. I've always done the order through mobile ordering, and never had an issue. I understand it takes some extra time, no problem at all - I get there early. Last time I came for an order like this a few months ago, a kind lady told me they can get it done faster if I call them and let them know before I order. I only had to wait an extra 10 minutes prior to this, but I know it'd be helpful for everyone to get a heads up. Today, I tried calling at least 20 times over the course of an hour to give them the heads up. No answer. The app also put my order in twice, so I definitely wanted to let them know that so they wouldn't accidentally make two big orders. When I got there, thankfully, they had just received the one order (the 2nd one didn't end up coming through and I did get refunded for it through the app). They were short staffed, and my order took over 30 minutes after I arrived, even though I placed it early and tried to call. If they would have answered the phone, it would have been much less stressful for everyone.
