Unfortunately the McDonald's crew didn't have their act together. They missed a filet O-fish sandwich in my order, when I went back another customer also returned to say he ordered a double fish sandwich and they gave him a regular one. The bagger then was about to give me the sandwich that the other customer had brought back. It was just a weird experience, but I finally got my filet-o-fish.
I’ve been to this location 2 times, and both times my order has been forgotten. This most recent visit we pulled through at 11:43pm, not realizing they close at 12am since their Google site says 24/7 and ordered a 20 piece nugget, 2 medium fries, and an iced coffee. The order went through and we paid at the window with no issue. At the pick up window, staff told us the iced coffee machine was no longer in use since they were closing and offered a handful of other frozen drinks instead. We asked for a refund and they continued to offer the frozen drinks. We really just wanted coffee and it’s fine it was down, so we asked for black hot coffee instead. We were then asked to pull forward, assuming because there were people behind us. They brought out 2 coffees and the staff asked if we wanted any pies since they were closing, and we said no, just our food was fine. The staff asked what food we had and that they didn’t know we ordered food. When they came back they said our food wasn’t ready and all needed to be cooked and it would be 2 minutes. We didn’t get our food until 12:10am…it took nearly 30 minutes for 2 black coffees & a very simple order. We ended up getting a basket of fries vs 2 mediums, (unsure if that’s is equivalent in price, size, etc.), and while the one staff was nice overall, they seemed like we were causing an inconvenience with our order that we placed over 25 minutes prior that they forgot, and 3 cars pulled up behind us and got their orders with no issue.
