These people were disrespectful Rang up my order wrong than tried to make me go back around the drive thru and go back in their 30 minute line manager on the night of 2/5/24 was disrespectful talked to us like crap not to mention they refused to let us order at the window again to fix their error and told us to go around and missed the drinks when we came back around for the doordash. what a bad manager though I cannot complain enough about this location they throw customer service in the toilet Not to mention the entire crew looked high and not paying attention to anything to busy talking in the back talk about a slack of a location I don’t usually get mad but the way they thought they could talk to my husband unacceptable.
Placed an online order to “save time” sat in the drive thru for 15 min without anyone saying a word… so i had to leave. The app tells me I can not cancel in the app and that I need to call. I call and some teenage clueless girl tells me I have to cancel in the application
They forgot a party on my Big Mac, burned the other patty. Served me burnt fries and forgot my sprite. Do not recommend.
We had to wait an unreasonable amount of time. There were customers after me that were given food before us. I will not come to this location.
