Onions on both sides of the bun when instructed no onions on the burger

Every time I go to this McDonald's the staff is always rude. There has not been one time where I have been there and have not got attitude from staff. This location is convenient for me but due to staff, I have been going to a further location.

If you want to wait an hour for $7 of sandwiches, this is the McDonalds for you. Seriously lost an hour of sleep trying to get a fast dinner. I hate you forever McDonalds. If the mobile order app had a cancellation option I’d move on to a different store. Just f everything about you McDonalds.

I've had bad experiences with McDonald's in other places, but this one I've not had a problem with in the 5 years I've lived here. Every so often, I have to pull forward and wait for my order, but not all the time. For the most part, the crew here is on point. I'll go for breakfast around 6 am, or dinner around 9 pm... always on point. The only thing they aren't consistent about is trying to suggestively sell me something. (The options below say you can recommend Burger Kings chicken nuggets, lol)

I ordered from here through grubhub last night and I when I received my order I opened it up to see my cheeseburgers super messy and unappetizing. All of the condiments were on the outside of the burger. I also ordered an Oreo McFlurry, my sister and I were eating it and she found someone’s nail clippings in it. Super disgusting and disappointing I’ve gotten food from this Mc Donald’s plenty of times and this is the first time I’ve had such a terrible experience but I’ll definitely not be eating at this location anytime soon.

It's supposed to be 24 hours , but I went to get food and they literally ignored me. I could see the workers inside. I drove to the window, and she was right there, ignoring me. They also did to others.

Yummy, consistent menu items. Friendly staff. McDonald's is my comfort food after an especially terrible day.

The guy in the drive-thru was so stoned that he could barely take my order. I didn't get any dipping sauce even though I asked for ranch. I didn't get any ketchup even though I asked for ketchup. At least my fries were hot
