The drive thru line at this store is ridiculous we have been sitting in the drive thru for exactly 42 minutes before we finally got our food., with maybe 10 cars ahead of us...THE ONLY REASON I didn't drive off was because I had already paid through the mobile app.... Which is supposed to make it faster..

They most of the time get my food right. But this time my fries were salty as hell

First off. The employees are rude. It was an inconvenience for them when I asked for a receipt that I did not originally receive. The food was... well, it's McDonald's. Enough said. The atmosphere was a little sketchy. It seems to be a sanctuary for the homeless. Will not be returning to that location if I can help it.

It really sucks when you order 3 large meals and a kids meal and don't receive even a single fry. Not even a loose fry in the bottom of the bag, you even open up your happy meal and no fries.

Just waited in a drive-thru with one car in front of me for 15-20mins. Decided to ditch the drive-thru and order inside. Now I’ve been waiting about 10mins. This is crazy.

Staff is a nightmare. Worst customer service I’ve seen.

Rude service and LONG waits! Won't give receipts, cash only. I suppose that covers their assets... Stood in lobby for 15 minutes before being g acknowledged...
