I ordered my food through the app & selected table service. The store was dirty everywhere, very few clean tables. My kiddo & I waited 15 min & the food said it was ready according to the app but wasn't brought to us. Went up to get & the gal seemed annoyed. Fries were soggy & sandwiches were very messy. At the time of sitting down to eat, someone was changing the trash, but that's about it.

I went in in and I had to use the restroom first. There was multiple drinks somehow spilled all over the men's bathroom. It was really disgusting. I let the manager know and he just said "okay" and then went back to what he was doing... Nice. Someone could slip and be seriously hurt! I don't feel like my concern was properly addressed whatsoever. Definitely would not eat here.

Super down to earth ataff

I have gone to this location many times in the last few times that I have gone my order has been either the wrong order Missing half of my order or completely messed up. I went in today and ordered two number sevens and instead I walked out with half of my order because your employee chose to do the BOGO buy one get one for a dollar when I did not ask for that. I don't know who you guys have working at this location but they need to get it together because it is not hard to follow a screen or listen to what someone is asking for if you did not hear what they asked for ask them to repeat it instead of just doing whatever you feel like. Your employees would rather talk to each other then do their job properly.. Sorry not sorry.

Muy mal servicio, las puertas cerradas, el personal solo nos hacía caras no tenía gente y ni así nos tomaron la orden, estuvimos 25 min ahí parados con mis hijos y nunca nos pidieron la orden, yo les dije lo que quería y sólo la muchacha decía que ahorita y ahorita nos salimos sin comer. pésimo servicio.

I would leave zero stars if I could. Every single time I order honey mustard, I get nothing or you give me bbq sauce. Tonight the morons gave me honey. I’m so fed up with the fact I NEVER get the sauce I ask for and now I’m stuck with nuggets again with bbq sauce.
