McDonald's

They don’t even take your order in the drive thru. They then ask you to come inside. They are dire need of new management! The atmosphere is toxic and customers can tell.

This is the worst possible McDonald's you can go to. Sitting 20 minutes in the drive through and never getting. I Warner. The management is terrible and the workers are rude. Enough food is nasty if you ever get it

20 min drive thru wait before you place order, consistently poor performance in regards to customer service, there is a reason the Burger King is more popular for the area

This place is an utter waste of time. The opposite of fast food. Its Slow food, with worse service, your food will be wrong, if you receive it at all.

Great now that they've opened up the dining room. Lane 2 is hit or miss for working to order.

Floor is greasy and slick and the bathroom smells like someone is smoking black and milds( not a someone was in here that smelled that way) like it smelt like a smoke den. Toilets were over flowing with toilet paper.

My experience at this McDonald's was the worst. One of the Drive-Thru lanes was not working, and the first time I went through the lane, I sat in my car for about two to three minutes trying to put in my order, and there was no answer from the associate inside. So, I drove up to the window and told the associate that the Drive-Thru lanes were not working, and she said I should try the other lane that was closer. So, I went to the other Drive-Thru lane, and it wasn't working. I put my order through the window because none of the lanes were working. The customer service at this McDonald's location is poor, and I think customer training will help the employees.

When I come here it’s always slow thru the drive thru doesn’t matter what time of day it is you’ll be stuck waiting in that drive thru for more than 5 minutes. Don’t get me started on the drive thru codes. You’ll tell them the code they’ll tell you it isn’t working even if the app says they got your code. Then you’re forced to wait 15 mins to use that deal again. Any other McDonald’s is better than this location. They just be hiring anyone!!
