It hasn’t been the first time I go there and I’m on lane 2 and they ask if I will use the app and I say no, than I have to wait 4 or more cars been released on lane 1 until somebody take my order. It happened again today, 01/27/2024, I’m just wondering if people that have the app have priority.
Zipped over to this McDonald's on Gulf to Bay in Clearwater for a couple of burgers and fries. Both burgers were extremely well done, burned black, dried out not very tasty!
Went through asked the manager who was taking the order for a bacon egg and cheese mcmuffin. We also asked for about one sand which for a dollar separate from the original sandwich. Which would make a total of 3 sandwiches. My husband confirmed with the lady three times before driving through and she was dismissive and said yea I got it. When checking the order there two sandwhoches and the egg McMuffin was a biscuit egg and cheese and she substituded the bread for McMuffin. We had to ask for the manager and she was the manager who took the order. I explained to her the order was incorrect and she kept arguing with me that the order was not incorrect. I asked her how we could at least get the third sandwich she did not give me a option. I was willing to pay. So we drove off. I have never had such a bad experience at a McDonalds before. I just wanted the order corrected and the manager did not want to help. Instead she wanted to argue with me and not assist the customer.
