32 minutes just to get my meal, claims my meal never popped up on the screen, after showing the people my order we still had to wait an extra 10 minutes! Not happy

This McDonald’s has an annoying voice that asks you if you will be using the mobile app every time you pull up. If you reply it just ignores you then an actual worker comes on and asks you the same thing. It’s very annoying. I’ve tried to speak to the managers about it because I shop here on the regular and they pretend like it’s something McDonald’s does when I commute daily and usually go to a few McDonald’s each week and none of them do this very annoying thing. I don’t like to talk just to hear myself talk. If they would fix this everybody would be much happier going here.
