McDonald's

Every time I order the service is SLOW and almost every time I order from the McDonald’s app, my order is wrong. This last time they forgot the fries that were to go with my 2 meals and a whole happy meal for my grandson. All I got was my 2 sandwiches and my 2 drinks. This is DEFINITELY not the 1st time they forgot the whole happy meal. This is MOST DEFINITELY the last time I will be ordering from the app for delivery from this location. This location just SUCKS!!

Told myself I'd only post this review if I was still waiting for my tea after starting it. They asked me to pull foward to the third window for a hot tea. But gave me my my two ice creams, which are currently melting (bringing them home for family). Since I have moved foward they have served at least 10 cars behind me, plus a person they parked in the reserved for drive thru lane. They did have an employee come out to my car, but only to tell me to move foward as I was blocking traffic behind me. Not to bring my tea. Literally just a tea bag dropped in hot water. I could have boiled water at home, gone to the store, bought a tea bag, and made myself tea in the amount of time I have been waiting. Very frustrated.

I don't know why this place is so ridiculous and can't take a simple order going to get 2 happy meals for my kids and they mess it up every time should be easy not when your going to this McDonald's this place is a joke never again. I'm done

It sucks they are so rude and To everyone pluses the manietnce I feel.so sorry for him I've been there a few time too try and give it a 2nd chance. But they treat him like dog meat and it's wrong he is the only man that has been so nice to when I come in and get my food that is always wrong or it's made too mess of junk I feel so sorry for him because he is always working very hard and so polite and welcoming every time it's very hard too see a nice older man working in a interment like that it's a shame and on the owners and mangerment. They should be reported asap p.s go so.e were else to eat or something
