McDonald's

It took 25 minutes+ for an online order. I had another instance that was 40-45 minutes. I dread when my family wants McDonald's for breakfast and this location is the option. Seems there is adequate staff, just thoroughly disorganized or little team communication

Doors are always locked around 830-9. Ordered online and then have to sit in drive through because the door gets locked. Then sat at the drive through speaker for at least 10 minutes before anyone decided to say anything. Then when they did they just said I will be with you in a moment because they didn’t have enough workers but I saw at least 7-8 people working that night. So then sat there another 7-8 minutes(no one ever came back on the speaker) again so I just pulled to the window(not right away because there was an suv in front of me sit there for like10-12 min) and then sat at the window for a while because the cashier didn’t want to open the window until she was ready . Ordered at 930 that night and finally left that drive through around 10:08. Imagine ordering a burger and fries at 930 then wait all that time to get cold food. Gabe needs to get his store together and he is just as bad as the workers because he acknowledges no one that walks in that door and in no rush to get out the orders(when the doors are open to go inside) How can you expect your workers to be better when they follow what their bad management does. Saw people stocking sauces, taking out trash, using their phones, or just talking to each other instead of doing their job. Had plenty of crew members but no one was in a rush to get those orders out. As I sat there in the drive though at least 8-10 cars got out of the drive through line and left. I would have left also but we had already paid online and there was no option to cancel the order.

Sat in the order line for 10 minutes before leaving without ordering.

NOT 24hrs opens at 5am. Signage was all lot like they’re open and they were polite, but I wish I knew it was closed before driving in.

It's McDonald's however the cashier was nice, professional, and accurate with her cash counting. WAY better then the last time I came.

Went to this place today ordered two happy meals for a kid and toddler, or does it even matter??.. would’ve gave a better rate, but.. I didn’t. I ordered one 4 pc and one6 pc. Giving my money to the cashier(who was EXCEPTIONALLY NICEand EXCELLENT) customer service btw.. didn’t want to pull off, I guess she was mature in age, and some reasons why I come there, cashiers nicer) so then, I had to go to other window to pick up my food. Asked this long haired dud which one was which, (happy meals)this thang just gonna hand me the food and look at me placed one item at a time in my hand. (U deserved the remarks)I had to do her job, this thang filled the cup up so full, I had to keep soaking paper towels on it. Thanks, you jerk. I should’ve checked b/f driving off, which I didn’t. So.. thanks a lot wannabe rapunzel, I gave the wrong happy meal to a kid who is now gonna be hungry. Smh.. if you don’t like your job, GET A NEW ONE!! Young buck. And.. getting home to give a toddler his fries.. ‍♀️ this box literally had about 5-6 small fries, GOOD GRIEF! Is this what we pay out money for? To get ripped off?????

Extremely rude employees. Every time i came here for something quick after work it’s been either smashed, burnt, or completely soaked in mayonnaise or barbeque sauce. Like these guys have to try to be their bad at this job man. I think it takes more effort to be this stupid than it does to do their job correctly. The managers don’t care either, they close early. I’ve never been a hater before but i honestly wish these people the worst in life. I’m sorry, but I’ve never posted a review for any resteraunt, but this makes no sense bro
