I would give this McDonald's 0 stars if I could. Terrible customer service. They almost always get the order wrong or forget part of the order, and the wait time is almost always super long.
I was so shocked when I saw all these employees No one was greeting me no one helped me It was not busy but the Employees was busy talk to each other ! The Manager was running around outside on the phone and it seams he cares less !! I just wanted a gift card because I would never eat there ! It was disgusting to see that nobody was wearing gloves and it was very dirty !
Even tho the service has gotten better, can't say the same about the food. Last 2 times I ate there my buns were really stale. Also my large fries are only 3/4 's of the way full, the last 3 visits. I will not be spending anymore money at McDonald's.
Why would you have to drive throughs but only one person operating them.. just stick with one drive-thru.. in today's society drive-thru and fast food is not what it says.. there's no such thing as fast food.. they took all the countdown clocks off the wall.. probably cuz this new generation just doesn't care.. hope everything goes better.. look forward to checking out in about a year to see if anything has changed
Not really the best place to go. Pretty bad service, waiting 5 min for some napkins that never showed up. And the food looking like it was disassembled. Wished it was better but I wouldnt reccomend it compared to other spots in the area.
For 3 months I attempted to get breakfast from this location. This location is poorly ran and the MGR is just horrible. I wait at the menu, she acknowledges I'm there, I wait, another car pulls in, they get waited on. I wait more, still no response. Today I pull to the window to ask if I can give her my order. She gets the MGR who starts raising her voice how she is doing the best she can and lists all the things she is doing. I just wanted some breakfast and I got a lecture on how her job is too much for her. Welcome to most peoples lives.
