I've gone multiple times this location and the customer service in the drive through is awful. The tone in which they speak to you and after the first item I always ask for they always say "is that it" in a tone as in hurrying you up and not giving you time. The second is the frappe which Iakways come out watery. It's not how is should be. I won't be coming here anymore, it's been too many times where they just continue to fail in both customer service and quality of food.

Went in tonight for a few burgers, two drinks , and some fries. The large sodas had pooled soda on top of the lid that spilled in my car and made a huge mess. My quarter pounder was VERY salty. I'm not to sure what has happened there lately but please make some changes. Food quality has gone down significantly.

Tried to use my code for a deal from the app and the girl must of messed it up and then pulled the “nothing we can do about it card” with a snarky attitude. Guess what? That’s called a bait and switch. Reeling me in with a deal and then denying its existence when I go to order. Another reminder not to go to McDonalds. I knew I shouldn’t have pulled up.

The service at this location is terrible. They consistently get my orders wrong to the point that I joke with my husband that we should say “just throw something in the bag” The drive through workers never apologize for getting orders wrong or making you wait in the penalty box for long delays while they serve people behind you. And they will not let my 18 year old child order if he goes in around the time high school lets out because they say they refuse to serve high school students. I understand that if groups of students come in and are disruptive, it can be difficult for other customers. Then ask them to leave. However refusing to serve one young adult is wrong! Not a good place.

Every Thursday we stop for food. 3 weeks ogo they messed up hamburgers...gave a big fancy one instead of 2 simple ones. The kid won't eat cheese and mustard and onions. The next week we got fries and no burger..we don't eat fries! This past week they omitted one happy meal and one burger. Is this a training station??? They are unbelievably inept! It feels like a farce. Old review... The ONE thing we wanted was not available because of equipment issues. Second visit. Equipment still broken for slushy coke. And they messed up on order. YOU tell a child she has to eat onions and can't have her ketchup!
