Rude cashier no smile and they don’t say thank you and have a good day

The lack of staffing makes placing orders snf getting your food during lunch time is very time consuming.

This location is notorious for getting orders wrong. They never give you everything you order because they only hire the most ignorant, incompetent individuals they can find. I understand these are charity cases only one step away from being in jail, so they should be supervised by someone to make sure they are doing their jobs correctly. In addition, all of the disrespectful swearing and cursing that goes on in the kitchen is inappropriate in any workplace, let alone in an establishment which is frequented by children. These people can not be trusted to do anything on their own. They should not be around other peoples food!

I don’t usually have issues with the food here except for last night. The food was extremely oily that it went threw the bag even the boxes where the burgers were in had a bunch of oil. Also one of my burgers was not cooked all the way and that was disappointing with how things are priced right now. I ordered drive threw so by the time I got home and saw the food I obviously didn’t want to do anything about it. Also the workers seem miserable lol like I don’t expect you to be extremely happy but damnnn their attitude is poor they are not rude they just simply don’t care to be there lol will go back some other time but the crew last night….
