Ordered a McFlurry in drive through, employee rushing me to order. When I got my order they never mix the ice cream with Oreos they just put the ice cream in a regular cup and add a spoon of oreos on top. Very young guy at window said that's how is made, I ordered McFlurry often and they are not the way they are supposed. I showed him a pictures from internet and he just closed the window and walk away.

My recent experience at this McDonald's left much to be desired. Despite the seemingly simple task of placing an order, it turned into a frustrating ordeal. I informed the staff about my intention to use a McDonald's code for a discount and reward points, but the employee neglected to apply it, and rather than addressing the mistake, they laughed it off. Opting to dine in, I expected a smoother experience, but unfortunately, the order was incomplete. This, coupled with the fact that the restaurant was practically empty, raised questions about their attention to detail and customer service. To add to the disappointment, when I requested a refill after finishing my meal, I was met with more laughter and a statement that they don't provide refills. This left me puzzled, as it contradicted the standard practice at McDonald's. Overall, the lack of attention to detail, indifference to customer concerns, and inconsistent policies have tarnished my perception of this McDonald's location. I hope my feedback prompts improvements in service quality for future patrons.
