Food expensive but about average for fast food everything is expensive
Charged for something not in my bag. Messaged Mcdonald's to let them know how they "are doing" was reached out to by a David Taylor who told me to go in and get a refund. Went in and they said that only managers had the capacity to refund and to go back the next day. No one was available the next day and I messaged David Taylor, he let me know he'd be in the next day at 6am. I told him that I wasn't going to go out of my way for a 4 dollar refund at the Crack of dawn. I responded that their lack of attention was the initial problem but running me through a ringer and then not responding for over a month shows how little care they have for their business.
I want to commend one member the drive-thru. I didn’t catch his name but he was patient with me when I had a question about the food he handed to me. The fry box has changed from what I am used to seeing and I misunderstood it to not be the large size I ordered. With patience and friendliness, he told me it was a large size. This is unusual for McDonald’s employees to be patient and kind when I have a question. Good to see that SOMEONE has a good attitude. Thank you!
