This McDonald’s is more expensive than others. Burgers were cold and apparently they don’t bring the food out to the table when you select table service in the app like every other McDonald’s does. They just yell the table number so if you don’t listen for it your food just sits at the front counter. Only good thing about this location is the playground.
I went through drive thru and ordered a Shamrock McFlurry. I got to the pick up window and they were making it. I noticed as I was pulling away it was soup. The green dye or syrup they use was sitting in a pool on top of the soupy ice cream. I decided I wasn't going to pay $4.50 to throw something out. I drove back around and asked for my money back. The young man at the window was very nice and called for his manager. What ensued was incredible. I have never met anyone so unpleasant, rude, hateful and argumentative in the customer service industry. Very long story short...the first crew leader said there was nothing wrong with it, at which point I turned it upside down and it poured out onto the concrete. So she goes and gets the queen of hatefulness who refused to give me my $ back. She said she'd make a new one. I repeatedly told her I did not want another soupy mess, just my money. She shouted at me saying she wasn't going to give me my money back and handed me another soupy McFlurry. Based on the rest of the comments on here, I'm not the only one who's encountered this monster. Absolutely will never go to this place ever again.
Pretty good location, I stop in for fries and coffee once a week or so. Most of the employees are kind and at least slightly upbeat. I will say though, that corporate needs to get on making sure this place is up on repairs. The order system or mic box outside seems to malfunction often leaving it up to an employee to stand outside and take orders in the Arizona heat. Hopefully they are compensated appropriately. Also, the front entrance door i have to assume has issues. Surely leaving it open all day isn't by choice, sitting inside and I was still sweating bullets. Update. This place still needs lots of help. 2-17-24
Judge from the picture. It was 9$. Felt like a robbery to me.
These idiots charge $5 for a mcdouble. Yes you heard that right. The mcdouble used to be a $1. To make matters worst this location charges more than other mcdonalds in the same city. Explain to me how that makes sense. I would love to hear the managers reasoning
