McDonald's

I place large combo meals and got medium, the fries were extremely stale and I had to park to go back inside to get my new order. I got home and realized that I got the same stale fries that they dipped in the oil and just put it into large size fries container. I'd give them a zero if it was an option

Stopped in at this location to have a quick bite. Drive thru was empty, we ordered a Big Mac meal and a Quarter Pounder meal. The servers were very nice and expedited the process very well. We pulled into a spot and ate our meals. These two meals were the BEST McDonalds meals we’d had here over the past 4 years here. We have eaten in McDonalds across the country and have done so because of their consistency. Lately we have wondered what had happened to McDonalds. Well this franchise is doing it right. Unfortunately, we are 30 minutes away so it won’t be a regular.

I’m going to start out by saying I have been a loyal McDonald’s customer since birth and I am not one to complain about a McDonald’s. BUT…. My friend and I both got a Big Mac meals so we could watch Bad Girls Club and have a snack. When I ordered the lady sounded rude. Didn’t mind that at first because it’s a McDonald’s but then I get my food and drink. I taste my Fanta and it tastes like water so someone forgot to change the syrup or is lazy idk. And then I get home and eat my Big Mac. The top bun has no sauce and 2 bites in the top patty of meat was already gone. I’m a small girl so I don’t take big bites. Anyways if it was one or the other I wouldn’t have complained but all together I was just super disappointed. I love McDonald’s and it just didn’t feel like McDonald’s to me.

Slow service but food ok ..

Here in the Chandler AZ area and decided that a quick trip to McDonalds was needed. Ording for 3 people we had three sandwiches and three large fries. The bill was $39.00. Since we were in drive thru, I just accepted the fact that the price was the price. Paid and then was told they had to make one of the sandwiches again. 5 minutes later we received the food and drove off. Like most people, you start nibbling on the fries and to my disappointment, they were cold. They must have bagged the fries with the original two sandwiches while waiting for the third. NOTHING WORSE THAN COLD FRIES!!! Especially when you just dropped $39.00. My pint is that I'm getting this type of service and quality across the country with McDonald's. Come on folks, get your franchisees back to what got you to this point. Consistency and quality at a fair price.

All the kiosks are broken, staff only pay attention to cars in drive through. You stand there at register and you just get ignored. It was my third attempt at finding coffee on a morning walk visiting from Philly. I wasn’t leaving till I got someone’s attention. I had to throw some east Coast energy at them. Coffee was great as always. The space inside is weird and not comfortable. I get why no one wants to go inside. ‍♂️
