Stop hating on my neighbor McDonald’s this a very well ran place quick and workers are quick too

I repeat this place is awful! I spoke to several people before writing this review and they all said the same thing! I asked for ketchup with my order and was told no at the window because I was told I need to pay for it! Are you kidding me! This place should be investigated by corporate because the fact they are charging you for ketchup packets is criminal. I also would like to make it known I asked the manager if this is true he said yes. He says they are privately owned well guess what I will be taking my business elsewhere! Shane on you!

Love all the shops and restaurants and fast foods in this area of cape coral. This McDonald's gets the Fast part of Fast food!!☺️

Mucha demora

They couldn't do a simple 2 biscuits. We walked in the place three times and each time we came out with the wrong stuff when we finally just got our money back totally incompetent
