Slow drive thru in the morning. Took about 10 minutes to get a single egg McMuffin

first off i must say this place is always extremly high energy and good vibes and never feels awkward walking in, today my cashier was reyes and i was short on being able to buy the pie my son wanted, so i went back and sat down and very shortly after he brought me the pie anyway for my boy. This employee went above and beyond and i just wanted to make sure he recieves all proper and necessary reognition because people like him are what creates an atmosphere at a restraunt that creates the desire to come back. Thank you REYES!

This place sucks. Needs new management. I've been working a long time out here and was excited for McDonald's. Very disappointed. Thankfully I have handicap plates parking sucks.

Messed up my order several time's, half empty fries and just poor service.

Still working out it's kinks. Have been given wrong order on all recent 3 visits to this new one. Parking is problem as city work crews park parallel in what few park areas exist. And slowwe very slow service. Parking: 967 Buda location. Very busy n dangerous turn in . Limited to no parking avail.

Got the order and had missing items when I submitted a complaint, all I got was a “sorry”. I had to ask to be compensated for my missing items to which the response was they can only do things like that in person at the store. Never again am I coming back

I am very disappointed at this location. The administration is unorganized, and incompetent, let’s start with that. Great leaders = great food, great costumers service. Poor leadership, imagine all of that. Estoy muy decepcionado de este lugar. ¡La administración es desorganizada, incompetente, odiosa, empecemos por ahí!

Great customer service
