Customer service was terrible. There are too many young kids working there playing around.

Wouldn't even give them 1 starm order is almost always worng. Just ordered a mcdouble got home ha only onion and cheese

I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese without onion and received onion. It didn't have mustard, ketchup or pickles on it like it is supposed to.

Brooklyn mcdonalds never ceases to disappoint, they will always screw up your order, and the employees have one set of teeth between all of them. Hope they go out of business.

This is the worst Mac D's in all the surrounding cities. 9 out of 10 times that I've went their fries have been room temperature, nuggets were the same way, my Mac chicken sandwich was supposed to be plain and it was but it looked like they took an already made sandwich and wiped off the mayo but put it on a new bun, they NEVER have sweet T anymore, no Hi C orange, no shakes, and they didn't have ice a few times! Wow really...just do us a favor and close already. Thank goodness Taco Bell is now open. Buyers beware.

Ate inside. Dirty tables and floors. Food was cold and forgot to give us our drinks. Lots of water on floors and very slippery so they just put up more signs instead of mopping it up.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Staff is either incompetent or incapable. They will get your order completely wrong and then act like it’s YOUR fault they served you a nugget box full of warm tartar sauce. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Hands down worst McDonalds to exist. If it weren't the only fast food in town it would be out of business...

This is literally the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. Every time I visit there is some kind of problem with my order.
